On
Friday, September 19, 2003 — one day after Hurricane Isabel wreaked
havoc throughout Virginia — HDS was left in the dark along with
multitudes of businesses. Though we were without power, the HDS staff
ran our mail machines by generator to get our clients statements out
— on schedule — just like always. That same day, the Post
Office was unable to process mail due to the power outages, but it didn't
stop us!
